Taking off his clothes

Ry has been able to pull down his pants for some time but really hasn't been able to take off his shirt. I wanted to share with you the process he now takes in order to take a shirt off. It was hilarious because it all started when he didn't want his shirt on. He figured out that he could lift it up over his head, but then the shirt got stuck on his shoulders. Boy was he mad!!! He would struggle and struggle to get it off. Finally he figured out if he wiggled and put his arms together then the shirt would eventually come off. He is insistent that this is how he takes his shirt off every night since then. Oh the joys we get as parents....I need to get out more :)

Canal Days Parade

Every year Delphos has a big celebration called Canal Days. This year, my sister in law "Leesa" and I decided to take the kids to the parade. Here are some pictures of Ryan, and his cousins "Nate", and "Owwy-Ally"

The kids waiting patiently for the parade to start! No matter what we do Ryan has to have his hat down over his eyes! Notice he is supporting the John Deere Green!!

Ry picking up candy

Nate yelling thank you for the candy!

This was hilarious because it looks like Ryan is playing baseball and on base. He looks as if he is STRETCHING as far as he can w/o getting off of the base to get the candy! I guess he didn't want to get yelled at for going out too far into the street :) What a mean mom I am!!

Ally sporting Ryan's hat to help keep the sun off of her face! I think she would make a good farm gal someday!

Football Sadler boy style

After the Ohio State game Saturday, the boys decided to play some football of their own! As you can see our grass is completely dead which made for lots of scratches on them!

Mom doesn't think this is fair for Ryan! He doesn't stand a chance of getting away :)

Paul pointing out the clouds to Ryan so he can have a little break!

Ry decided the football needed to take a ride down the slide...notice how red his cheeks are! I think he was playing hard with daddy!

Ry carrying the football...I think we'll have to work on his technique before he can be a very good running back! Especially to play at St. Marys!

Finally, Ry got to tackle his daddy and try to strip it for a fumble! We're still working on that though!
