Housekeeper in training?

I was going through a nesting phase on Sunday while Paul was doing a basketball thing. Ryan decided mom looked like she was having so much fun, he wanted to join in! Here are a couple of pictures and I'll get dad to download the video I took....whatever you do, don't mind my grammar in the video...it is horrid! Also, don't mind Ryan's peanut butter and jelly face in the video, I wasn't able to catch him before I did it!

Disney Live!

As a last hooray for Ryan we decided to take him to see Disney Live in Columbus! Once we finally got to the theatre, (Paul had some problems w/ directions and made his 9 month pregnant wife walk A LONG way) Ry seemed to enjoy the show. The show had Mickey and friends, Pooh, Tigger, and Darby (who Paul thought was on crack), Little Einsteins, and Handy Manny! Throughout the entire performance he watched very intently and didn't show a whole lot of emotion until the very end! We were very glad to have this chance to show Ryan how special he is to us even though his world is about to be turned upside down!

On that note, went to the MD today. Birth is not immenent, so the wait continues....I've decided that any MD that says 5 weeks early to "pack your bags" should be shot :) It makes it hard b/c every day you wake up wondering...is today the day? And for 3 weeks, it has not been the day :)

Here are some pictures from Disney Live...if Paul has his way, they'll be pictures of a belly coming in a few days!

All of us in our Disney gear leaving the show!

Great-Grandpa's Legacy

On October 8th, 2008, Ryan's great-Grandpa died. He lived a wonderful life and was happy to go be with great-Grandma in heaven. Ryan and his cousin Emma were very special to Great-Grandpa Zirkle and were lucky to spend a lot of time together while we celebrated his life and death. Here are some pictures from the long weekend Uncle Brian, Aunt Meena, and Cousin Emma were able to come to Ohio and visit.

Paul, Ryan, Uncle Brian, and Emma at the funeral home. Ry only got to stay for a few minutes before his am-ma Jane took him home.

Ryan and Emma playing on the swingset. Emma looks almost as tall as Ryan with her hair up!

The kids playing nicely together with the blocks! That was a rare site with 2 two year olds :)

Ryan Dropping Dimes

Guest Blogger: Daddy!

Mommy wasn't home to see Ryan's latest trick...throwing ally-oops to Daddy on his basket! After Ryan got the hang of it, Daddy decided to record video of his first of many assists that lead to slam dunks!

We also have some good pictures of Ryan and cousin Emma from earlier this week, but I'll let the usual blogger take care of that!

Speaking of Mommy, she is ready to unleash the latest Sadler boy into the world sooner than later. Will the boy have a name? Maybe this blog is a good place to find out...or maybe we won't know until he's here!
