New Stroller!

Ever since Ryan was born I have been gathering points from Pampers diapers in order to get some free stuff.  I have always had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to get with the points, but finally saw that I had enough to get a stroller for free.  So I broke down and redeemed all of our points to get this stroller, since the one we used to have broke last fall!  Little did I know that we would be needing it for more then just Aaron come next fall!  Anyway, here is a couple of pics of the boys trying it out.

He decided to push Snoopy around instead!

The Hulk!

Aaron's Godfather Paul gave him a set of hulk hands as a gift.  He really got into them on New Year's Eve night and this is when I decided he is going to be our fighter!

Christmas Play!

Ryan has his first Christmas play at preschool this year!  He was very excited and wouldn't stop practicing his songs!  It was VERY cute as you can imagine a bunch of preschoolers singing songs, doing motions, and reciting a poem!  Great job Ryan!  We are very proud of you!  We were also blessed because it was in the evening and all of the grandparents were able to come and enjoy the show!  Of course daddy and papa Sadler raced off to basketball afterwards, but were greatful they could make it :)
Ryan in the back row...there was another class that had halos...

Still doing the motions, but not so sure about this one!

Of course Aaron had to take a turn!

Christmas morning!

As we do every Christmas morning, we opened gifts at our house before going to the Sadler house for brunch.  After brunch we opened gifts for the 2nd time that day and was OVERWELMED with the amount of gifts!  Thank you Sadlers for being SO generous.  We ended our day at the Clement household where we opened gifts for the 3rd time!  I do believe the boys were VERY tired and worn out after this long and blessed day!

Chrismas Eve!

This was the first year that we did the Sadler family tradition of Christmas Eve dinner at our house!  We were quite nervous in trying to ensure that we did everything as it has always been done--including using Honey's china!!  It ended up being a great evening full of wonderful memories!  Honey was able to give us her blessing that it was indeed ok which means the world since it would be the last Christmas Eve we would get to celebrate with her!  She passed away just a few days later!  Thank you Honey for starting this wonderful Sadler tradition....we WILL carry it on!!

Honey, Ryan and Aaron.  It amazed us at how weak she was, but still willing to hold Aaron on her lap.  Also because that is where Aaron chose to sit and then his willingness to sit there so quietly and nicely!  What a miracle it was!

Jumpy's

Ok, so it has been forever since I have updated the blog.  It has been very busy this last 5 months with a lot going on!  I will start back in December and our trip to Jumpy's.  It was Christmas break for me and we decided to go with Ryan's best friend Bradyn to Jumpy's in Dayton!  It was a fun trip especially since we didn't know what to expect!  Aaron didn't enjoy it as much as Ryan and Bradyn, but definitely something we hope to do again someday!
